The company is also Gas safe registered (the previous gas governing body was Corgi of which we were one of the first to join). We are also a member of the association of plumbing and heating contractors (APHC). We have been based in our office and showroom in Fulham for over 30 years. We put great emphasis on the quality of our work and guaranty all our work done. We complete over 6,000 jobs annually and over 80% of our business is from existing customers. Completing most of our work in our customers’ homes requires us to be clean, considerate and professional- which is constantly trained into our engineers who have been working for our company for many years. If there is any aspect of the work not completed to our customers satisfaction, we only ask for us to be told directly and any situation is normally resolved after one of our experience managers visits the job.

 

Two other members of the family work full time at the company, Crawford Anderson junior joined the company in 1999 and now takes an active role in the day to day running of the company. William Anderson has been working in the company for several years now and helps the company deliver its high level of customer service and care.

Customer service is always our first consideration and we only undertake work we can manage with total confidence in our expertise. Our reputation for quality work is very important to us. Unlike many of our competitors, our engineers work directly for our company and have been doing so for several years.

 

We also operate a very intensive apprentice program for young people, and this provides us with our own "in house" qualified engineers.
